This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and shipping services provided by Globalbuy for clients worldwide. By using our services, you agree to the terms below:

1. General Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made or a shipping request has been processed.

 

2. Personal Shopping Orders

  • All purchases are made based on the client's request and approval.

  • Once payment is received and the item is purchased, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

  • We are not responsible for product dissatisfaction (e.g. wrong size, color, or fit) if the order matches the client’s instructions.

 

3. Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items

  • If an item becomes unavailable before purchase, clients may receive a full refund or opt to select an alternative item of equivalent value.

  • Refunds for unavailable items are only processed if no transaction has taken place with the retailer.

 

4. Shipping Forwarding

  • Once a package has been dispatched and tracking has been provided, no refunds will be issued, even in cases of carrier delay, customs hold, or delivery failure.

  • We are not liable for damage or loss during shipping unless insurance was purchased at the client’s request.

 

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If shipping insurance was added, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.

  • Refunds from insurance are subject to the carrier’s investigation and approval.

  • Without insurance, we are not responsible for any loss or damage.

 

6. Incorrect Address

  • Clients are responsible for submitting accurate shipping information.

  • No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Reshipping is possible at the client’s expense if the package is returned.

 

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any item unless pre-arranged and agreed in writing.

  • In cases where returns are accepted:

    • Return shipping costs will be borne by the client.

    • Original service fees are non-refundable.

 

8. Service Fees

  • All service and handling fees are non-refundable once payment is made.

  • These fees cover time, effort, and order processing.

 

9. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • We aim to resolve any issues amicably. Please contact us before raising a dispute.

  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in termination of service and legal action.
