1. Services Offered

• Personal Shopping: We purchase products in the UK on behalf of the client.

• Shipping Forwarding: We receive goods and forward them to the client’s international address.

 

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate item details (brand, size, color, etc.).

• Ensure the requested items are legal in their country.

• Submit correct shipping information.

• Pay all service and shipping fees before dispatch.

 

3. Prohibited Items

You agree not to request shipment of restricted or prohibited items, including but not limited to:

• Weapons or ammunition

• Illegal substances

• Perishable items

• Counterfeit goods

• Hazardous materials

• Check your country’s customs and import restrictions before ordering.

 

4. Customs & Import Duties

• Clients are responsible for all customs charges, import taxes, and clearance fees.

• We are not liable for any delays or confiscations by customs.

 

5. Fees & Payments

• Service fees are due upfront before purchase or forwarding.

• Shipping fees depend on size, weight, and destination.

• No refunds will be issued once purchases are confirmed.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We will provide tracking once items are shipped.

• Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

• We are not responsible for carrier delays, damage, or lost items after dispatch.

 

7. Insurance

• Shipping insurance is optional but recommended.

• We are not liable for lost or damaged parcels unless insured.

 

8. Order Cancellations & Returns

• Orders cannot be cancelled once purchased.

• We are not responsible for returns unless agreed beforehand.

• Return fees and reshipping costs will be covered by the client.

 

9. Liability

• We act solely as a purchasing/shipping agent and are not the manufacturer or seller.

• We are not liable for product quality, defects, or warranty issues.

 

10. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these terms.

12. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be handled under KSA jurisdiction.
